Physical Activity Sciences

   The objective of the Graduate Program in Physical Activity Sciences is to promote quality scientific production and the training of human resources with a wide domain in the field of Physical Activity and Health. We also aim to promote the production of quality knowledge in the lines of research and prepare Masters able to teach in higher education and conduct research in the dimensions of Physical Activity and Health.

   Research lines are “Human Performance” and “Physical Activity for Health Promotion”.

   The program brings together more than 16 supervisors from different fields, working to prepare students to:

– Act with diligence and a high degree of competence in research in the area of ​​Physical Activity and Health, in the academic and non-academic environment;

– Be able to teach in higher education in the area of ​​Physical Activity and Health or similar areas;

– Have the ability to propose, lead and / or supervise projects in different areas of professional activity in the area of ​​Physical Activity and Health.
