Social Change and Political Participation

   This graduate program enables researchers to comprehend the different agents, structures, processes and responsibilities that establish the socio- spatial dynamics and its transformations. Starting from an interdisciplinary approach, the program debates the challenges of local development, politic participation, public policies and public phenomena which are related to cultural, natural and social aspects.

   Students discuss new ways of reflection and working, always considering the contradictions and the private processes involved in social, cultural, economic and environmental issues.
