Agreement Drafts | CRInt

The professor interested in proposing a partnership between EACH and the foreign institution must look for orientation about the administrative and legal procedures needed for the firming of an agreement, either through CRInt’s secretary, sending emails to crinteach@usp.br or showing up personally at the CRInt’s room.

We highlight that international academic agreements are initiatives from the University of São Paulo’s professors. Therefore, students, and also staff, are not authorized to firm partnerships with foreign institutions, though they can indicate institutions of their interest so that the professor, after prior knowledge, engages into some contact.

Attention: The protocols below follow the model established by the University of São Paulo and must be presented to the foreign institutions (both the versions in Portuguese and in the foreign institution’s language) for acceptance, in the case of full agreement with the present terms in the document, or for analysis and adequacy to the foreign institution’s own standard. For countries with Portuguese as the official language, only the standard protocol in Portuguese must be adopted. For countries like Japan, China, Russia, etc., it is requested to be submitted to analysis the version trustingly translated for the Portuguese, in the foreign institution’s language (if the foreign institution wants it) and in English. Protocols adopted for the firming of international agreements must be mandatorily translated to Portuguese when they do not follow the standard model of USP.

Some specific models, as the academic protocols, agreements destined to research and material exchange, etc., can be downloaded through the Mundus system.
