Environmental Management

Course Description: With knowledge in social and natural sciences and mastery of new technologies, the professionals are able to work in the diagnosis, scientific research, planning, monitoring and control necessary to minimize, prevent and reverse problems arising from the relationship between environment and society.

Recovery of degraded areas, waste recycling, risk and impact assessment, territorial planning, and pollution control are some of the activities developed by the environmental manager.

The labor market is distributed throughout Brazil, with opportunities to work in the private sector, public administration, and NGOs.
